Response Times

We are able to respond at short notice to fluctuations in orders and are able to produce Just in Time (JIT) orders. This flexible and energetic approach means we are production ready and able to fulfil our customer needs.

If required, we are more than happy to supply testimonials from our customers that will demonstrate our flexibility to act on short notice to meet regular, urgent and last minute orders.

Customer Service

To be able to achieve the production of highest quality chicken portions requires a dedicated workforce and attention to detail.

A key element of our philosophy is customer service, and our aim is to constantly exceed the customer’s requirements and expectations.

Investments & Accreditations

Over the past 25 years we have made significant investments in our sites and this is evident from the accreditations that we have achieved and the very positive comments received from our customers and auditors following site visits.

As well as substantial expenditure on our buildings, the latest machinery, we have also invested heavily in IT which has resulted in far greater efficiencies during the whole production process.

With the continued commitment of the MD and his sons, further investment is being made to both the Company infrastructure and the training and development of the workforce, both of which are paramount to the continuing success of the business.

Training

Training is offered both in house and with external accredited bodies, and covers many aspects of the business from basic food handling and hygiene to HACCP. Administrative staff are also offered training. We are a firm believer that investment in our workforce is a key investment to our business.
