Ethical Trading

Salisbury Poultry are dedicated to the ETI Base Code and have been in compliance for a number of years. The Code ensures the basic rights of every employee are protected from abuse. We ensure that all employees are working freely, working conditions are safe and hygienic, working hours are not excessive together with other aspects of the policy.

We reserve the right to request an independent ethical audit of any Supplier to review their compliance with Ethical Standard. We are committed to working closely with our Suppliers to improve working conditions in the event that any non-compliance is discovered and acted upon.

We communicate the policy by making it known to our employees on Notice Boards and through the Staff Forum. This is a major part of how we do business with our customers and suppliers.
