This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’ve been bringing people together at Salisbury Poultry to raise awareness, encourage conversations and remind our colleagues that it’s always ok to talk.
From wearing green and getting to know our Mental Health First Aiders again, to sharing mental health helplines, spreading positive messages and testing our knowledge with fun quizzes and prizes, we’ve been finding meaningful ways to put wellbeing in the spotlight.
Because sometimes, a friendly chat, a little encouragement or simply knowing where to turn can make all the difference. 💚
